Neill Williams is the founder and CTO of KingfisherLake and the architect behind the Objectivitii suite. Neil has terabytes of experience in financial services IT, ranging from back-office workflow and controls through to the evaluation and measurement of exotic financial instruments. Neil was chief architect and head of IT for JD Anderson (subsequently SBC /UBS Warburgs) where he designed and implemented an industry-wide broking support system for JDA and its clients, and subsequently a software specialist for Cadiz Limited.

Simon Organ has a broad base of experience in the financial services industry including stock broking, investment research, fundraising and corporate finance. He has also been successful in corporate strategy and IT commercialisation and there's a creative side to him that is a bit of all right when it comes to specialised corporate imaging and investor relations.
